My name is Camille Seiberling, and I own a specialty children's boutique in San Francisco's Noe Valley called
Mabuhay. Pronounced "Ma-Boo-Hi", it is a Tagalog greeting which means "Long Life", the word represents my cultural heritage, and my personal connection to San Francisco where I was born and raised. I was inspired to open my colorful boutique as I began my search for well made, stylish clothes for my baby boy Griffin.
I realized that the style and quality I sought was difficult to find, but that I had a knack for finding what I was after, and all the compliments I received on my son's style encouraged me to share my special sense of fashion and eye for design. With help from friends and family, I opened my boutique on Church and 24th street on March 15, 2008 when Griffin was about seven months old. Since then, it has been a pleasure finding items from local designers, and specializing in unique, hand made and sustainable gear that I just adore. I love helping people find special gifts, and I have on many occasion taken special requests from customers who want something specific that they can't find anywhere. I think of myself as a treasure hunter, and it is my mission to connect local artists and designers with people who appreciate beautifully designed art, clothing and toys like I do.
My second son Rocket continues to fuel my passion to fill my boutique with the cutest clothing, amazing art and the most unique gifts that you will cherish for years to come.
Mabuhay!
